Shipping Information
- We Ship Worldwide: We’re happy to offer international shipping! Rates vary depending on your order. Just head to checkout and enter your shipping address to see the most accurate quote.
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 3-6 business days. During sales or busy promotional periods, please allow 5-8 business days for processing.
- Shipping Methods: Your order will be shipped using the method you select at checkout.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated by our carriers and are based on your order’s total value, weight, size, and destination.
- International Orders: For orders outside the U.S., additional customs fees, taxes, or VAT may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery estimates are provided in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is with the shipping carrier, timing is beyond our control-but we’re always here to help if you need updates!
Can I Cancel My Order?
We totally get that sometimes plans change! While we’ll do our best to help, please know that our team works quickly to prepare orders for shipping – so cancellations aren’t always possible.
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we can issue a full refund. Just email us at support@snyderroseco.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of it!
If your order has already been fulfilled, we’re unable to cancel or refund it at that point. Thanks so much for understanding!
